The Ultimate Backyard Upgrade: Private Padel Courts
Experience the “social sport” of the future with the region’s best Certified Court Builder and Class A Licensed General Engineering Contractor.
Padel is sweeping the globe, and for good reason. It combines the best elements of tennis and squash into a fast-paced, easy-to-learn game that is perfect for families. But until recently, finding a court in the Rocky Mountain Region was nearly impossible.
Court Builders of the Rockies is changing that. As the exclusive regional partner for InCourts Padel, we bring authentic, European-engineered courts directly to your backyard. We combine this premium product with our status as a Class A Licensed General Engineering Contractor to handle every phase of construction—from the precision concrete foundation to the final glass installation.
Why Homeowners Are Choosing Padel
If you don’t have the space for a massive tennis court, Padel is the ultimate solution for high-energy family fun.
-
-
Maximize Your Real Estate: A Padel court is incredibly efficient, requiring only about one-third the space of a tennis court (approx. 66′ x 33′). You get a full athletic facility without dominating your entire property.
-
Neighbor-Friendly Acoustics: Worried about noise? Padel is significantly quieter than Pickleball. The solid rackets and glass walls dampen the sound, making it the preferred choice for exclusive neighborhoods and strict HOAs.
-
All-Weather Durability: Our courts are engineered for the Rockies. With galvanized steel structures and advanced drainage, your court withstands heavy snow and freeze-thaw cycles, ensuring year-round playability.
-

The InCourts Advantage: Premium European Design
We install Sportsfield Specialties Dehli Padel systems, manufactured in the USA and meeting the American Sports Builders Associations Padel Manuel specifications.
-
-
Infinity Glass Views: Experience the “Panoramic” difference. Our courts feature 12mm tempered safety glass without rear pillars, providing a seamless, obstruction-free view of your surrounding landscape.
-
Built to Last: Every steel component is hot-dipped galvanized and powder-coated. This industrial-grade protection ensures your court remains rust-free and beautiful, season after season.
-
Pro-Level Turf: We use specialized monofilament turf that delivers a consistent ball bounce and the perfect amount of “slide,” minimizing sand splash and maximizing player comfort.
-
Our Turnkey Construction Process
Building a Padel court requires tighter tolerances than any other sport court. The glass walls must be perfectly plumb, or the ball will bounce unpredictably.
1. Site & Soil Engineering: We assess your yard’s slope and soil stability to prevent future settling.
2. Laser-Level Concrete Ring Beam: We pour a reinforced concrete perimeter beam (or full slab) that is laser-leveled to within millimeters—critical for the glass installation.
3. Structural Assembly: Our certified crew erects the steel frame and installs the heavy 12mm glass panels using specialized suction equipment.
4. Turf & Sand Infill: We install the playing surface and mechanically brush in silica sand to stabilize the fibers and perfect the ball bounce.
5. LED Integration: We install flush-mounted LED stadium lights (standard with our courts) so your games can continue after sunset.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What are the exact dimensions of a residential Padel court?
A: A standard Padel court measures 20 meters long by 10 meters wide (approx. 65′ 7″ x 32′ 9″). We generally recommend a total footprint of roughly 68′ x 36′ to allow for safe installation and player entry.
Q: Is Padel louder than Pickleball?
A: No. Padel is generally quieter. The ball is softer, the racket is solid (not hollow plastic), and the 10-foot high glass walls help contain the sound within the court. This makes it a much easier approval for strict HOAs.
Q: Do I need a permit to build a Padel court?
A: Yes. Because Padel courts involve structural steel and 10-foot high glass walls, they almost always require a building permit and engineering approval. As a Licensed General Engineering Contractor, we handle the entire permitting, engineering, and inspection process for you.
Q: Can I customize the colors?
A: Absolutely. While “Classic Blue” is the tour standard, you can customize your court’s steel frame and turf color to match your home’s aesthetic—from sleek Black/Grey to nature-blending Green/Tan.
